They do not apply to weekends, Proms, Special Events or Conventions. Certain restrictions apply.

Cancellation Policy:
15 days notice required for a refund with a 25% holding fee. Any cancellation or change within 14 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit. The deposit is applied to the last night of stay and will not be applied to a future reservation. Misrepresentation will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit. All reservations are subject to confirmation. A deposit of one nights rental is required to confirm reservation. Any reservation over 7 nights requires 2 nights deposit. Balance is due upon arrival in cash, travelers checks or credit cards. No refunds for early departures. Personal checks accepted on deposit only. These rates may change anytime.

Room Payment or Balance is due upon arrival at Check-in.
No Date Changes within 14 days of arrival date.

Non-Smoking Policy: We are a 100% SMOKE FREE establishment. Guests who smoke may do so in designated areas only. All guests are required to sign a non-smoking agreement stating that they will not smoke in the rooms or on the balconies. This policy is strictly enforced. Housekeeping and management reserve the right to enter units and provide maid service during your stay. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas designated by ashtrays. Cash security deposit required for non family rentals.
